This house’s strong foundational design allows us to enhance its sophistication with carefully chosen materials that embody endurance, texture, quality, and aging gracefully. These materials reflect the house’s spirit and the clients design values.

We proposed removing the central wall to create a spacious, attractive area with two balconies, improving cross ventilation and passive design. We define distinct zones through strategic furniture placement and custom joinery.

By refining the existing architecture and focusing on material quality, we aim to create a timeless and elegant home that honours both its original charm.
